Buyer Responsibilities

Payment: The buyer is responsible for full payment of the puppy, as well as any applicable shipping or delivery fees.
Supervision: The buyer agrees to provide proper supervision, ensuring the puppy is never left outdoors unattended.
Humane Care: The buyer commits to providing humane and responsible care, including appropriate food, clean water, shelter, affection, training, and all necessary veterinary care.
Guarantee & Liability: The buyer acknowledges that while the breeder guarantees the puppy’s temperament at the time of sale, the breeder is not liable for any future damages, injuries, or behaviors that may occur.
Ongoing Monitoring: The buyer grants the breeder permission to contact them periodically to confirm the puppy is being properly cared for.

Seller Guarantees

Health & Registration: The seller guarantees the puppy is in sound health at the time of sale and provides AKC registration application paperwork (when applicable).
Temperament: The seller ensures the puppy exhibits a stable and friendly temperament at the time of purchase.
Health Records: The seller provides a complete record of vaccinations, deworming, and any veterinary treatments administered prior to pickup or delivery.

Physical Examination & Refund Policy

Veterinary Examination: The buyer agrees to take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving the puppy for a full physical examination.
Refund: If the veterinarian determines that the puppy has a health condition directly caused by the seller, the buyer may return the puppy for a full refund, and the seller will cover return transportation costs.

Buyer Options & Additional Responsibilities

Rehoming: If the buyer can no longer keep the dog, the seller must be notified first. The seller will have the first option to take back ownership and rehome the dog responsibly.
Money-Back Guarantee: The buyer receives a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the buyer is not satisfied with the puppy or experiences difficulties bonding, they may return the puppy for a full refund.
Transfer Approval: The seller reserves the right to approve or deny any transfer of ownership to a third party.
Prohibited Transfers: The dog may not be sold, leased, traded, or surrendered to any pet store, research lab, animal shelter, or similar facility under any circumstances.
